Process Improvement and Task Efficiency Experience

Our expertise is back office process improvement and automation. Although we use a variety of tools, we mainly focus on Excel/VBA and ERP system import functionality. Examples include:

Vendor e-mail macro - Created Excel VBA macro to email 50 vendors, including attachments, with a click of a button. This took a 2 hour manual job down to about 10 minutes.
eBay auction import template - Able to create 100+ auctions in minutes and upload to eBay.
ERP system journal entry import - Template to import data drastically saves time while reducing errors.
Conversion tool for XML data - Converts an Excel table into XML format using VBA. Able to process thousands of XML data sets in under 5 minutes.
Fixed asset form - Excel-based template that controls user input, reducing errors, while pooling data to upload into fixed asset repository.
Complex user input tool - Excel and Access system that captures multiple data sets from many users. Has control functionality to restrict user access to their business area and controls input to ensure data integrity.
Non-financial tasks - We've worked with people to create programs to rename MP3 files, create a process to use Adobe Photoshop add-ins to more effciently scan in product images, and create text-extraction programs to capture data in HTML and other files.

Accounting Functions

We have experience with all accounting functions and reporting, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, journal entries, account reconciliations, and accounting system maintenance. We can also produce income statements, balance sheets and cash flow statements.

Automation Programming

We have spent more than a decade learning, refining, experimenting and honing in on our Excel VBA programming. With this knowledge, we can tackle any feat in Excel. We have an extensive list of VBA macros created for large corporations to small business owners. We like to have fun and can create non-business oriented files such as file renaming, CAD and educational programs!

Website Programming and Design

Although we are not full-stack web developers,we do have some web programming experience! We have used PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS and some light Javascript.
